Duration of education 3 years. After two years there's a Business Examination by IHK Chamber of Commerce, minimum one additional year apprenticeship. After a total of 3 years, award of the degree Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration.
The company and the Emsland Occupational Academy share the duties of the occupational education, which proceeds in blocks as follows:
10-week academy phases that alternate with 12-16 week in-company phases.
Tuition and fees for the Emsland Academy in Lingen are taken over by the company
Apprenticeship pay According to the wage agreement for the construction industry
Inter-company education Seminars as offered
Open educational positions per academic year 1 educational position
Requirements A-levels or baccalaureate
